What could I do if I am not available to receive my order?

In case of absence during delivery, an attempted delivery card will be left in your letterbox so that you can pick up your parcel at the closest post office

 

On this notice, you will find an Internet link allowing you to select a new date or a new delivery address.

If your order remains undelivered after 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible.
